Yamaha clavinova CLP -635

The Yamaha Clavinova CLP-635 is a digital piano designed to provide an authentic and expressive playing experience, suitable for pianists of all levels. The CLP-635 features Yamaha's Natural Wood X (NWX) keyboard action, which is designed to replicate the feel of an acoustic grand piano. The keys are made of synthetic ivory and ebony, providing a tactile response similar to that of a traditional piano. The keyboard is graded, meaning it is heavier in the lower register and lighter in the higher register, just like on an acoustic piano. The CLP-635 utilizes Yamaha's Pure CF Sound Engine, which reproduces the sound of Yamaha's renowned CFIIIS concert grand piano. This digital piano offers rich, dynamic, and nuanced sound quality, with multiple piano voices and additional instrument sounds available for versatility in performance and practice. The CLP-635 incorporates Virtual Resonance Modeling technology, which simulates the complex interactions between the strings, soundboard, and frame of an acoustic piano. This adds depth and realism to the instrument's sound, capturing the subtle nuances and resonances that contribute to the overall tonal character. The keyboard of the CLP-635 is touch-sensitive and responsive to the player's touch, allowing for expressive playing with varying degrees of dynamics and articulation. The CLP-635 offers a maximum polyphony of 256 notes, ensuring that even complex musical passages are reproduced accurately without notes dropping out unexpectedly. The CLP-635 includes various features to enhance the playing experience, including built-in recording and playback functions, dual/split keyboard modes for playing multiple instrument sounds simultaneously or splitting the keyboard into two separate sections, metronome, transpose, and USB connectivity for connecting to computers and external devices. The CLP-635 features a sleek and modern design with a compact footprint suitable for home use. It is available in different finishes to complement various home décors. The CLP-635 comes with three pedals: soft, sostenuto, and damper. These pedals allow for traditional piano playing techniques and expression, including sustain and damping of notes.
