The Dayliff DC range of self-priming engines pumps includes the DC80D model, which is a 6HP diesel pump suitable for irrigation, dewatering, and general pumping duties. This model features open impellers designed for pumping lightly silted water, a sturdy carrying and protection frame, quick couple hose connectors, and suction strainers. The maximum suction for this pump is 8m at sea level. The pump body and impellers are made from high-grade cast aluminum. The diesel engine in the DC80D is a high-efficiency direct injection air-cooled diesel engine. It is recommended to run the pump under maximum power conditions for short periods to prolong engine life.
